The former Good Frikin’ Chicken spot to become new Iranian restaurant from Calabash co-owner
The current pop-up restaurant Komaaj has posted signage that they’re taking over the former Good Frikin’ Chicken space at Mission and 29th Streets, so the location’s Middle Eastern food tradition will remain intact.
Gyro Xpress co-owner bringing another Greek food spot to 24th Street in the Mission

Tuesday was the last day in business for the Mission District mainstay Roosevelt Tamale Parlor, which celebrated its 100-year anniversary in November, but a new Mexican restaurant tenant has reportedly already signed a lease on the space.
