La Boulangerie is ready to reopen in Cole Valley, and a new laundromat is up and running.
While some hoped the once-popular 14th & Market deli would soon return, the owners have finally confirmed its permanent closure.

The partners started with pop-ups in 2012 and opened a brick-and-mortar location in November 2015.
"Everybody here wants to see everyone make it, and people get encouraged when they see it happen in their own front yard," the personal trainer and life coach says.
It's "a neighborhood bar that just happens to have an awesome sparkling list," said the owner.
The new spot will focus on Mediterranean food, cuisine for kids, and veggie-forward small plates.
The region's largest ice-skating facility is hiding in plain sight in Downtown Oakland.
You can now enjoy pies, house-churned ice cream, and "pice cream" on 9th Avenue.
