A Portland-based brewery that's all about "keeping beer fun" has re-envigorated the Torpedo Room space on Fourth Street in Berkeley, formerly occupied by Sierra Nevada beer. The family- and dog-friendly taproom offers brews on 16 taps and allows patrons to bring in outside food.
