San Francisco's iconic Magnolia Brewing is changing hands yet again, and will reopen under the same name, with some slight changes, in a few months.

A pop-up specializing in muffalettas, the large cold-cut-and-olive-salad sandwich originating in New Orleans and made with Sicilian sesame bread, will soon open its own brick-and-mortar shop in San Francisco’s Haight-Ashbury.

The Lower Haight’s favorite sports bar is now the Upper Haight’s favorite sports bar, as Mad Dog in the Fog has quietly reopened at Haight and Clayton Streets, in the former Martin Macks space.
