Chalk up another popular restaurant brand coming to the Stonestown Galleria, as cult-hit burger chain Shake Shack will open its third San Francisco franchise there later this year.

San Francisco’s latest Shake Shack addition had its ribbon-cutting and grand opening Thursday, as the Stonestown Galleria welcomed SF’s third Shake Shack to crowds clamoring for ShackBurgers and crinkle-cut fries.
11-acre Lake Merced park finally coming to former SF shooting range, after six-year delay
The plan to make the former Pacific Rod and Gun Club into an 11-acre Lake Merced public park was shot down in 2016, but the plans for the park are back on, promising boat decks, a skate park, and a ropes course.
